Drawing on years of professional experience, I've taught everyone from 4 year old to 70 year old beginners, advanced college-level musicians, and of course people who just want to have fun at the piano!Everyone has a different background and goals, which is why I cater each of my lessons to the needs of the individual student. This is my generic info blurb, you may find that it answers many of your questions. Rates and Location: I'm proud to say that I draw students from as far as Round Rock and New Braunfels! I do most of my teaching from my home studio located near the Hyde Park area. My rates are: $35 per half hour, $45 per 45 minutes, and $55 per hour. I have found that for most people a 30 or 45 minute lesson is ideal, although an hour or more is not out of the question for advanced students. After a couple lessons, most students can decide whether lessons are for them or not. At this point I typically ask that fees be paid in monthly segments through the end of each month. Current openings: I am currently accepting a few new students as time and scheduling permits. A bit more about me: I have over a decade of professional teaching experience-my students ranging from complete beginners (both children and many adult beginners) to college level professional musicians.
